Product & Service Designer

- Crafted an end-to-end product design and build strategy for a renowned global entertainment firm, reshaping the way work was done and delivering substantial improvements. Facilitated the adoption of innovative work practices that increased transparency, established effective routines, introduced favourable habits, and significantly elevated employee engagement and satisfaction levels.
- Lead a discovery phase to understand the contributing factors to invoicing errors within a logistics and distribution firm. Developed targeted recommendations and identified opportunities aligned with Human-Centred Design principles to optimise internal processes and organisational structure, ultimately resulting in time and resource savings.
- Elevated a leading property client's value proposition, shifting it from a traditional "bricks and mortar" concept to that of a "tech influencer." This transformation was achieved through the validation of a user-centric, deep-connection social app, redefining the resident experience and significantly enhancing satisfaction and engagement levels, driving repeat revenue and resident tenure.
- Designed and established an insights-driven design system and scalable white-label components for a global entertainment organisation. The initiative empowered their teams to differentiate and expand their product, promoting unity among Design and Engineering teams through a co-designed, common and shared language. The outcomes were increased efficiency, reduced time-to-market, and the provision of a single source of truth.
