A litigation funding firm sought to modernise their financial management system, moving away from manual Microsoft 365-based processes that were causing inefficiencies in budgeting, reporting, and invoice handling across multiple law firms and contractors.
As UX Lead, I needed to validate and design an internal web application that would:
